Thank you for purchasing a poster print from Amy Denise! Each print is made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Please review our shipping policies below for more information.

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Time:

• After processing, shipping times depend on your location:
  • Domestic Shipping (US): 5-10 business days.
  • International Shipping: 5-20 business days, depending on your location and customs.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Tracking Information:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

Customs and Import Fees:

• For international orders, customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility and will vary based on your country’s policies.

Return Policy

Each of Amy Denise’s poster prints is custom-made on demand. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order. Please review the following details regarding returns:

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your poster print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Send an email to amy@amydenise.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Wrong Address:

• If you provided an incorrect shipping address, and the package is returned to Printful, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Since each print is made on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for other reasons, such as a change of mind. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
